Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with doxofylline.The study group was treated with doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate of 96% was significantly higher than 74% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significant.关键词
