Clinical application value analysis of video-assisted thoracoscopic pleurodesis in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of video-assisted thoracoscopic pleurodesis in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion.Methods:56 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group was treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic pleurodesis.The control group was treated with closed drainage of pleural cavity plus intrapleural injection of viscous agent.The thoracic drainage time,hospitalization time and clinical effect in the two groups were compared.Results:The thoracic drainage time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Video-assisted thoracoscopic pleurodesis in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion had significant curative effect and could control the malignant pleural effusion effectively.关键词
