Experience of 62 cases of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectom by self-made single hole device
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectom by self-made single hole device.Methods:62 patients with chronic cholecystitis and gallbladder polyps were selected.They were given transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectom by self-made single hole device.Results:The operation of 62 cases were successful,and there was no complications such as bleeding and bile leakage.Conclusion:Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectom was feasible,and the self-made single hole device in our hospital was only required by conventional laparoscopic instruments,which was suitable for patients with high cosmetic requirements and no serious inflammation.关键词
