Analysis of fluid therapy in patients with severe acute pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of fluid therapy in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given simple fluid resuscitation treatment.The experimental group was given limited fluid resuscitation treatment.The clinical treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The incidence rate of acute kidney injury,unilization rate of continuous renal replacement therapy,AKI duration time,creatinine peak in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Limiting fluid resuscitation in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis can reduce the incidence rate of complications and acute kidney injury.关键词
