Curative effect of multi channel minimally invasive percutaneous lithotripsy in the treatment of complex renal calculi
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of multi channel minimally invasive percutaneous lithotripsy in the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods:60 patients with complex renal calculi were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with ostomy single channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.The experimental group was treated with multi channel minimally invasive percutaneous lithotripsy. We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The stone clearance rate and complication rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of multi channel minimally invasive percutaneous lithotripsy in the treatment of complex renal calculi was significant.关键词
