Feasibility and safety of vaginal delivery in uterine scar pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the feasibility and safety of vaginal delivery in uterine scar pregnancy.Methods:70 cases of scar uterus pregnant women were selected as the study group.70 cases of non scar uterus pregnant women were selected as the control group.They were given the vaginal delivery.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:The success rate of vaginal delivery in the control group was much higher than that in the study group(P<0.05),but the maternal situation with successful vaginal delivery of the two groups(birth process,neonatal evaluation,complication after delivery) had no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Vaginal delivery can be used in uterine scar pregnancy,and the surgical safety had some protection.关键词
