摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of continuous renal replacement treatment(CRRT) in the treatment of patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods:60 patients with MODS were selected.The patients were treated with CRRT.The renal function,electrolyte and arterial blood gas were detected before and after treatment.Results:The renal function BUN Scr,serum potassium,blood glucose and PaO2/FiO2 after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:CRRT in the treatment of patients with MODS has a remarkable curative effect.It can improve the renal function, regulate the acid-base imbalance and electrolyte disturbance,extend the lives of patients,so as to effectively reduce the mortality of patients.关键词
