急诊昏迷患者的迅速分诊与急救方法研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the rapid triage and first aid methods in emergency patients with coma.Methods:106 patients with coma by emergency treatment were selected.Patients diagnosis and emergency procedures for reference in 2010 the establishment of emergency triage points diagnosis system and emergency critically ill de escalation therapy method.We observed the prognosis of all patients.Results:After treatment,54 patients were cured and discharged from hospital in 106 patients;the length of stay in hospital were 7~24 d;the average length of stay were(15.23 ± 5.22)d;patients transferred to the relevant departments with continue treatment in 40 cases;12 patients died,and the mortality rate was 11.32% .Among them,7 cases with traumatic brain injury;3 cases with cerebral apoplexy;2 cases of unknown reasons.The rescue success rate was 88.72%.Conclusion:Rapid and accurate triage and standardized emergency procedures are important steps to influence the prognosis of coma patients.关键词
