摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with Banxia Houpu decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:123 patients with post-stroke depression were selected.They were divided into the treatment group with 62 cases and the control group with 61 cases.The treatment group was given oral Banxia Houpu decoction combined with acupuncture therapy;the control group was given acupuncture treatment.Results:In the treatment group,36 cases were cured(58.06% ),and the overall effective rate was 96.83% ;the control group was cured in 20 cases(31.74% ),and the overall effective rate was 80.06%;there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Banxia Houpu decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression is better.关键词
