摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the changes of the femoral neck anterior inclination of different age in children with developmental hip dislocation.Methods:600 children with developmental hip dislocation were selected.The femoral neck anterior inclinations of the affected side and the contralateral side were compared.The relationship between the change of the femoral neck anterior inclination and age was analyzed.Results:At the same age,the femoral neck anterior inclination of the contralateral side was small than that of the affected side(P<0.05).Before 4 years old,the femoral neck anterior inclination would decreases first and then increases,and the change was fast.After 4 years old,the femoral neck anterior inclination showed a steady increase trend,and the change was slow.Conclusion:The femoral neck anterior inclination of children with developmental hip dislocation has a certain relationship with age.关键词
