临床免疫检验质量控制的相关性措施对检验结果的可靠性和准确性的影响探析
The influence of the correlation measure for the quality control of clinical immune test on the reliability and ac-curacy of the test results
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the quality control measures in the clinical test on the accuracy and reliability of the results.Methods:147 patients with immune test were selected.According to the demand of research and voluntary principle,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group.In the experimental group,75 cases of blood test were carried out routine quality control and immune inspection quality control measures,while 72 cases of blood testing in the control group with the implementation of routine quality control method.The effectiveness of two groups of immunological testing quality control was evaluated.Results:After immunization quality control management,the total effective were 73 cases(97.33%)in the experimental group,which was superior to the control group of 39 cases(54.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Systematic quality control management measures used in the immune test process can enhance the detection quality be-fore,during and after the 3 phase of the test.关键词
