摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical diagnostic value of two different assay methods in detecting serum anti thyroid antibodies.Methods:120 cases with thyroid disease were selected as the observation group,at the same time,100 healthy people with examination were selected as the control group.All patients were tested for serum anti-thyroid antibodies using automated chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA)and radioimmunoassay(RIA).We compared the detection results of the different methods. Results:There was little difference between the results of CLIA and RIA in the detection of anti-thyroglobulin antibody(anti-TgAb)and anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody(anti-TPOAb)test results,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the determination of serum anti-thyroid antibodies,using CLIA and RIA method can achieve better detection results,according to the actual situation of the hospital to choose a reasonable detection method,if necessary,make a combination use of the two methods.关键词
