摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the differential levels of alpha fetal protein variant(AFP-L3) and abnormal prothrombin(PIVKA-Ⅱ) in HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma with different HBV-DNA load.Methods:According to HBV-DNA viral load,patients were divided into the low load group and the high load group.We measured the content of PIVKA-Ⅱ and AFP-L3,and compared the differences between groups.Results:In the high load group,AFP-L3 and PIVKA-Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in the low load group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For different patients,appropriate antiviral treatment to reduce the number of copies of the virus may help improve patient survival.关键词
