摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the diagnosis value of CT and MRI in primary tumor lesion of jugular foramen area.Methods:10 patients with primary tumor lesion in jugular foramen area were selected.The advantages and limitations of CT and MRI in the identification of tumor were analyzed.Results:6 cases of jugular foramen were evenness increased,and 4 cases showed eccentric increased.6 cases showed elliptocytosis increased.3 cases were circular.1 case was irregular shape.CT results showed that 7 cases of bone absorbent destruction,3 cases of infiltrative destruction.In the longitudinal growth,MRI showed 6 cases,while CT showed 2 cases,6 cases of patients with schwannoma,MRI showed 3 cases,while CT showed only 1 case.Conclusion:CT and MRI in primary tumor lesion of jugular foramen area have their own advantages,so they can be combined together to provide a more comprehensive diagnostic basis in the clinical diagnosis.关键词
