摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of individualized nursing on psychological state and quality of life of patients with gallstone surgery.Methods:58 patients with gallstone surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the study group used individual nursing care.The psychological status and quality of life were compared between groups of patients after different nursing intervention.Results:After the corresponding method of nursing intervention,the study group of patients with SAS score,SDS score,quality of life scores were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of nursing in patients with gallstones,the effect of individual nursing care is more significant,which had a positive effect on improving the psychological state and quality of life of patients.关键词
