双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者治疗中行系统护理干预的效果
Effect of systematic nursing intervention for patients with manic episode of bipolar disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention for patients with manic episode of bipolar disorder. Methods:72 patients with manic episode of bipolar disorder were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was given routine care.The study group was given systematic nursing intervention.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After nursing,the intelligence quotient,performance intelligence quotient and verbal intelligence quotient scores of WAIS-RC and short term memory,long term memory,memory quotient and instantaneous memory scores of WMS in two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of systematic nursing intervention for patients with manic episode of bipolar disorder was significant.关键词
