小儿先心病术后腹膜透析的护理观察
Nursing observation of peritoneal dialysis in children with congenital heart disease after operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing observation method and effect of peritoneal dialysis in children with congenital heart disease after operation.Methods:60 cases of congenital heart disease children with postoperative peritoneal dialysis were selected. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The children in two groups were given peritoneal dialysis after operation.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group was given strengthen nursing observation.Results:The general health,physical pain,physical function,social function,energy,emotional function,mental health of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7% ,which was significantly higher than 86.7% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Strengthening nursing observation of peritoneal dialysis in children with congenital heart disease after operation can significantly improve the life quality of children.关键词
