一种预防PICC导管打折方法的应用
Application of one method for anti-curve of PICC
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of 1.25 cm wide 3L medical adhesive tape on the prevention of the curve of PICC. Methods:140 cases of patients with peripherally inserted central catheter were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with routine fixation.The observation group was treated with 1.25 cm wide 3L medical adhesive tape.The folding rate of catheter and patient satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The folding rate of catheter in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.25 cm wide 3L medical adhesive tape on the prevention of the curve of PICC had better effect.关键词
