Evaluation of ICU nursing intervention in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease during acute exacerba-tion period
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of ICU nursing intervention on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease dur-ing acute exacerbation period.Methods:84 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission.The control group were given routine nursing mode,and the observation group were given ICU nursing intervention.Results:The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group and the control group were 100% and 83.33% respectively;the mortality rate was 2.38% and 21.43%;the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease should choose ICU nursing intervention model in acute exacerba-tion period.It can reduce the mortality of patients,and strengthen the respiratory tract humidification.关键词
