Abstract
Objective:Explore the effective mode of two-way referral model and promote the development of tiered medical services.Methods:In the two-way referral work,we explored the convenient referral process for patients,founded beneficial mechanism for patients,prompted the patient to transfer in time at rehabilitation period.Results:The effective two-way referral model provided the "saving time,saving energy,saving labour,saving money" service for patients,also protected the interests of patients and the transfer in time at rehabilitation period,improved the patient's satisfaction and trust,and increased the first diagnosis and treatment choice in community health service center.Conclusion:The effective two-way referral model can better promote the development of tiered medical services.关键词
