Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of arterial clipping operation and vascular embolization operation on cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:118 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were treated with arterial clipping operation and vascular embolization operation respectively.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the arterial clipping group,100.0% of patients had cerebral vasospasm,and 75.0% were symptomatic cerebral vasospasm.In the vascular embolization,87.1% of patients had cerebral vasospasm,and 50.0% were symptomatic cerebral vasospasm.There was significant difference between groups in symptomatic cerebral vasospasm(P<0.05).Fisher score,Hunt and Hess grade were correlated with cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with arterial clipping operation,vascular embolization operation can reduce the incidence of cerebral vasospasm and symptomatic cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage.Fisher score,Hunt and Hess classification were independent predictors of cerebral vasospasm.关键词
