Abstract
Objective:To explore the risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage after intravenous thrombolysis in acute cerebral infarction. Methods:170 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After intravenous thrombolysis,in 170 patients,34 cases(20.0% ) had secondary intracerebral hemorrhage.In patients with secondary cerebral hemorrhage and patients without secondary cerebral hemorrhage,gender,age,platelet count,blood glucose,mean arterial blood pressure,with or without hypertension and hyperlipidemia were not statistically significant(P>0.05).ESS score less than 60 before thrombolysis,with or without CT early ischemia and atrial fibrillation were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:ESS score less than 60 before thrombolysis,CT early ischemia and atrial fibrillation were important factors of cerebral hemorrhage after intravenous thrombolysis in acute cerebral infarction.关键词
