摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of interventional technique combined with drugs in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:66 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each. The two groups were given interventional therapy. The control group was given 0.9% sodium chloride solution 100 mL intravenous infusion. The observation group was given butyl phenol sodium chloride injection 25 mg intravenous infusion. The plasma NO,ET-1 and vWF levels of two groups were compared before operation, immediately after operation, and 3 days after operation.Results:3 days after operation, the NO of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the ET-1,vWF were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Immediately after operation, the NO of the observation group was lower than that before operation(P<0.05);the ET-1,vWF were higher than that before operation(P<0.05).3 days after operation, the NO,vWF of the observation group were returned to the preoperative levels(P>0.05);the ET-1 was still higher than that before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventional technique combined with butyl phenol sodium chloride injection can significantly reduce the damage degree of interventional operation on the vascular endothelial function in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and the curative effect is a plus.关键词
