Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of different pancreatic bowel anastomosis methods for pancreaticoduodenectomy,and analyze the occurrence of postoperative complications,and put forward the measures to solve it. Methods:120 patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy were selected.They were divided into the group A (pancreaticojejunal mucosa anastomosis)and the group B(binding pancreaticojejunostomy)on average.The efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The diameter of pancreatic duct in the group A was significantly larger than that in the group B;the time of pancreaticojejunostomy in the group B was significantly shorter than that in the group A;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anastomosis of the pancreatic duct jejunum mucosa and the binding type of pancreatic intestinal anastomosis have different indications,advantages and disadvantages.As the two main methods of anastomosis,they can reduce the incidence of pancreatic leakage and other complications.We should choose different methods according to the patients' condition.关键词
