噻托溴铵联合茶碱缓释片对COPD稳定期患者的临床疗效

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of tiotropium bromide combined with theophylline sustained release tablets in the treatment of patients with COPD stabilization of group C.Methods:80 cases of patients with COPD stabilization group C were divided into two groups randomly.The experiment group was treated with tiotropium bromide combined with theophylline sustained release tablets,the control group was treated with symbicort,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1),forced vital capacity (FVC),peak expiratory flow (PEF),6 min walk test (6 MWT),the number of acute outbreak of COPD,emergency drug use and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:There were no statistically significant difference of the added value of FEV1,PEF and 6 MWT,the number of acute outbreak of COPD,emergency drug use between the two groups(P>0.05). There were no statistically significant difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Tiotropium bromide combined with theophylline sustained release tablets in the treatment of patients with COPD stabilization of group C had the similar clinical curative effect as symbicort.关键词
