摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of calcium acetate in the treatment of metabolic disturbance of calcium and phosphorus in uremic patients.Methods:67 uremic patients with metabolic disturbance of calcium and phosphorus were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with calcium carbonate D3 combined with phosphorus limited diet.The observation group was treated by calcium acetate combined with phosphorus limited diet.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the total efficiency,the blood phosphorus decrease range,calcium-phosphorus product decrease range and blood calcium rise range were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of calcium acetate in the treatment of metabolic disturbance of calcium and phosphorus in uremic patients was significant.关键词
