锚钉治疗Regan-morry-Ⅰ型尺骨冠突骨折的疗效

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of wire anchor nails in the treatment of fracture of ulna coronoid process of Regan-morry-Ⅰ type.Methods:30 patients with fracture of ulna coronoid process of Regan-morry-Ⅰ type were selected.They were treated with anchor nails.We observed the therapeutic effects.Results:26 patients were followed up,all patients had no incision infection.all fractures were healed,3 cases had elbow stiffness.Conclusion:The effect of wire anchor nails in the treatment of fracture of ulna coronoid process of Regan-morry-Ⅰ type was significant.关键词
