Comparative analysis of the curative effect of totally thoracoscopic surgery and traditional esophageal resection in the treatment of esophageal cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of totally thoracoscopic surgery and traditional esophageal resection in the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods:86 patients with esophageal cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with traditional esophageal resection.The study group was treated by totally thoracoscopic surger.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the operation time, amount of bleeding during operation,gastrointestinal function recovery time,24 hours volume of drainage and complication rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of total thoracic surgery in the treatment of esophageal cancer was significant.关键词
