摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the related factors of helicobacter pylori infection in the gastric and duodenal ulcer.Methods:202 patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer were selected.The risk factors of gastric and duodenal ulcer in helicobacter pylori infection were studied.Results:Positive helicobacter pylori infection in patients with gastric ulcer showed a more obvious correlation with aspirin,alcohol and other individual factors.The negative patients also showed significant correlation with smoking, drinking.The spicy food,eat and drink too much,and age(over 35 years) were the risk factors for the helicobacter pylori infection. Conclusion:The effective detection of helicobacter pylori infection in high risk group of patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer can reduce the probability of infection development,effectively improve the efficiency of clinical diagnosis.关键词
