The clinical effect of L-carnitine combined with recombinant human erythropoietin in the treatment of renal anemia in patients undergoing hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of L-carnitine combined with recombinant human erythropoietin in the treatment of renal anemia in patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods:50 cases of hemodialysis patients with renal anemia were selected. They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The intervention group received L-carnitine combined with erythropoietin treatment.The control group was treated with routine intervention.We compared the treatment effect between groups. Results:The mean hemoglobin level in the intervention group was(96.8±10.4)g/L;hematocrit was(34.1±5.8)%;mean corpuscular volume was(92.4±3.1)fL.Compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The dosage of recombinant human erythropoietin in the two groups was(82.7 ± 10.9)U/kg、 (121.6 ± 15.8)U/kg,and the difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:L-carnitine combined with recombinant human erythropoietin can better improve the performance of renal anemia in patients,more conducive to hemodialysis treatment.关键词
