Randomized controlled study on the curative effect of narrow band ultraviolet B combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of narrow band ultraviolet B combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:80 patients with vitiligo were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 40 cases in each.The treatment curative effects of two groups and treatment efficiency of different stages and different types were compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the study group was 82.50%,which was significantly better than 62.50% of the control group(P<0.05).In the control group and the study group,the difference was significant in different types and different stages(P<0.05).Conclusion:The narrow band ultraviolet B combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo has a certain curative effect,and the curative effect of limitations,stable vitiligo patients is significantly.关键词
