Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:84 patients with AIS were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given aspirin combined with clopidogrel treatment.The control group was given aspirin therapy,and then we contrasted their NIHSS scores of pre-treatment and post-treatment,the whole blood viscosity(high shear,low shear)and total efficiency of treatment.Results:The NIHSS scores of the two groups were improved,while the NIHSS scores of treatment group were much better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the whole blood viscosity(high shear,low shear)index was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total efficiency of treatment group was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of combing aspirin with clopidogrel in the treatment of AIS can achieve better clinical efficacy than using only aspirin.关键词
