摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of children with thyrotropin resistance syndrome(RTSH).Methods:Clinical data of RTSH children were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The two clinical manifestations were high TSH with normal thyroid function and hypothyroidism.Laboratory tests were characterized by abnormally elevated serum thyrotropin levels with or without low thyroid hormone levels.Conclusion:The main clinical manifestations of RTSH were asymptomatic or hypothyroidism. Thyrotropin receptor(TSHR) gene was considered as one of candidate genes for RTSH.关键词
