摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value and effect of indomethacin fixed intrauterine device and active r type intrauterine device immediately after artificial abortion.Methods:100 patients with artificial abortion and birth control were selected.According to the different intrauterine device,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.They were given indomethacin fixed intrauterine device and active r type intrauterine device.The pregnancy rate,expulsion rate and continuation rate and adverse reaction after 1 year were compared between groups.Results:4 patients abandoned intrauterine device in the observation group,6 cases in the control group.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14%,which was significantly lower than 30% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Indomethacin fixed intrauterine device and active r type intrauterine device all have good contraceptive effect,and it worthy for women.关键词
