西地那非联合一氧化氮吸入治疗新生儿肺动脉高压的临床效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of sildenafil combined with nitric oxide inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hypertension.Methods:120 newborns with pulmonary hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given sildenafil treatment.The observation group was given nitric oxide inhalation on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%,which was higher than 83.33% of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 days of treatment,the PaO2 and SaO2 values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and PaCO2 and PAP values were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sildenafil combined with nitric oxide inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hypertension can quickly correct the clinical signs and symptoms of patients,improve the lung function,improve the life quality of patients,and the treatment method is simple.关键词
