摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the mode of treatment and the therapeutic effect of donepezil and nimodipine in the treatment of patients with vascular dementia.Methods:128 cases patients with vascular dementia were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given donepezil treatment,and the experimental group was given donepezil combined with nimodipine treatment.The clinical effect was compared between groups.Results:The MMSE and ADL scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:During the process of clinical treatment of patients with vascular dementia,donepezil and nimodipine combination treatment can significantly improve the cognitive impairment in patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
