口腔修复患者采取二氧化锆修复体的临床价值分析
Clinical value analysis of zirconium dioxide restoration in patients with oral cavity repair
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of zirconium dioxide restoration in patients with oral cavity repair.Methods:148 cases of oral cavity repair were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 74 cases in each.The control group was given the Ni Cr alloy porcelain restoration for repair.The observation group was given zirconium dioxide restoration for repair.The repair effects and gingival colors of two groups were compared.Results:The edge sealing property of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The restoration fracture,collapse porcelain of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of gingival color in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The gingival sulcus bleeding index 0~1 rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The zirconium dioxide restoration in oral cavity repair can obtain satisfactory treatment effect,and it can significantly improve the gingival health and beauty.关键词
