综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析
Curative effect analysis of comprehensive treatment of lumbar disc herniation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of comprehensive treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:72 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 36 cases in each.The control group was given traditional medicine plus traction treatment.The observation group was given traction combined with acupuncture,medicine and other comprehensive treatment.The treatment effect was compared between groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was better than 88.89% of the control group(P<0.05). Followed up for 1 year,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.78% ,which was lower than 13.89% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can improve the cure and improvement rate of patients,and the curative effect is remarkable.In the clinical treatment,it is worth promoting use especially in the basic level hospital.关键词
