莫沙必利联合舒肝解郁胶囊与单药应用治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效观察
Clinical curative effect observation of mosapride combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule and single drug in the treatment of functional dyspepsia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of mosapride combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule and single drug in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:106 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 53 cases in each.The control group was given mosapride single drug treatment.The observation group was given mosapride combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total medication and digestive function recovered to normal time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mosapride combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia have a better clinical curative effect.关键词
