Expression of Survivin and VEGF in oral squamous cell carcinoma
目的：探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌患者癌组织中Survivin、VEGF表达的相互关系，研究它们的表达与临床病理指标及预后的联系。方法：采用免疫组化S-P法检测相应口腔鳞状细胞癌组织及癌旁组织中Survivin、VEGF的表达情况。结果：Survivin、VEGF在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中均呈高表达，二者在癌组织中的阳性表达(分别是81.2%、68.9%)均明显高于癌旁组织中的阳性表达(分别是31.2%、12.5%)(P＜0.05)，其阳性率高低与淋巴结转移、…查看全部>>
