Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of serum prealbumin combined with golgi protein 73 in the detection and treatment of liver disease.Methods:149 patients with liver disease were selected as the experimental group.40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.They were given serum prealbumin and GP73 protein test.We compared the results of the detection of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the serum PA content was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),and GP73 content was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the acute hepatitis group,the PA value of 79.5% patients was decreased,and albumin of 9.7% patients was decreased;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:Compared with ALB,PA combined with GP73 protein detection can more sensitively reflect the degree of liver cell damage in the early.关键词
