摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Hcy level in patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods:100 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the observation group.100 cases of healthy persons were selected as the control group.We compared the Hcy level of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the Hcy level and the high Hcy rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In patients with old myocardial infarction, Hcy levels and high Hcy rate were significantly higher than those with unstable angina pectoris(P<0.05).In patients with unstable angina, Hcy levels and high Hcy rate were significantly higher than those with stable angina pectoris(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Hcy level in cardiovascular diseases was significant.It can be used as an important indicator to assess the disease,treatment and prognosis.关键词
