Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes of plasma fibrinogen(Fbg) and D-dimer(D-D) content in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor before and after treatment and its clinical significance.Methods:60 patients with oral and maxillofacial benign tumor and 150 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor were selected.The changes of plasma Fbg and D-D content of two groups were compared before and after treatment.50 cases of healthy persons were collected.Results:Before treatment, compared with the benign tumor group,the Fbg、D-D levels of primary oral maxillofacial malignant tumor without metastasis were rise,respectively (3.65±2.12)g/L,(0.82±0.23)mg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fbg、D-D levels of recurrent oral maxillofacial malignant tumor with metastasis were significantly higher than those of the benign tumor group,respectively (4.82±1.21)g/L,(2.42±0.21)mg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Fbg and D-D levels of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor were decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Abut still significantly higher than the normal level.Conclusion:Patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors have different degrees of coagulation and fibrinolysis fibrinolytic system abnormalities,and with the continuation of the treatment,after the improvement of the condition,the plasma Fbg and D-D levels of patients can be used as two important indexes to judge and predict patient prognosis.关键词
