Clinical effect of individual nursing care for the high frequency of budesonide inhalation therapy in 80 children with pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of individual nursing care for the high frequency of budesonide inhalation therapy in 80 children with pneumonia.Methods:160 children with pneumonia were selected.All children were treated with high frequency atomization inhalation of budesonide,but the implementation of different nursing measures during the treatment were applied.80 cases in the control group were treated with basic nursing,while the implementation of individualized nursing care was applied in 80 children in the experimental group.The nursing outcomes of the two groups of children were statistically analyzed.Results:The remission rate of the experimental group was 93.8% ,which was significantly higher than 81.3% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The individual nursing care during the high frequency of budesonide inhalation therapy in children with pneumonia has significant effect,which can accelerate the recovery of disease, enhance the curative effect.关键词
