先天性肾积水患儿行双J管内引流术的围手术期护理分析
Perioperative nursing care of patients with congenital hydronephrosis undergoing double J tube internal drainage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing care of patients with congenital hydronephrosis undergoing double J tube internal drainage.Methods:60 cases of children with congenital hydronephrosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing.The intervention group was given perioperative nursing care.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the intervention group,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of perioperative nursing care of patients with congenital hydronephrosis undergoing double J tube internal drainage can improve the success rate of surgery and nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
