护理干预在膀胱癌电切术后膀胱灌注中的应用体会
Application experience of nursing intervention in bladder irrigation after transurethral resection of bladder cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on bladder irrigation after transurethral resection of bladder cancer.Methods:Bladder instillation after transurethral resection of bladder cancer in 32 cases were selected.We had carried out nursing intervention based on the psychological,nursing and postoperative health education,and we observed the effect.Results:Among 32 cases,1 case died;2 cases of interruption of treatment;6 cases with continue chemotherapy after recurrence TURBT;15 patients completed chemotherapy on a regular basis review;the rest of the patients continue treatment;the rest of the patients received continue treatment.Conclusion:Through our change in the type of catheter,before operation,during operation,after the operation of its nursing intervention,patients with symptoms of discomfort reduced or disappeared,the satisfaction increased, reduce the incidence of complications after the instillation of bladder,which can actively cooperate with chemotherapy,improve the quality of life and survival rate of patients.关键词
