The application of the psychological nursing in evidence-based nursing of the patients with habitual abortion

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the application of psychological nursing in evidence-based nursing care in the treatment of habitual abortion patients after pregnancy.Methods:80 cases of habitual abortion were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was used conventional basic psychological care,while the observation group used psychological nursing in evidence-based nursing.According to the clinical treatment effect and nursing satisfaction,the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Result:In the clinical therapeutic effect,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,higher than 75% of the control group (P<0.05).According to the situation of nursing satisfaction, the satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,significantly higher than 80% of control group,and there was a significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the use of evidence-based nursing care in the treatment of habitual abortion patients after pregnancy is significant,which can improve the patients' satisfaction with the nursing work,and the treatment effect is significantly increased at the same time.关键词
