Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway in elderly appendicitis laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:74 elderly patients with appendicitis laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected.They were divided into A group and B group with 37 cases in each.The A group was given clinical nursing pathway.The B group was given routine nursing.The mental changes of two groups were observed,and the incidence rate of complications was compared.Results:The HAMA and HAMD scores of A group were significantly lower than those of B group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications,hospitalization time of A group were significantly better than those of B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway in elderly appendicitis laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce the complications,promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
