Continuous nursing of rheumatoid arthritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of continuity of care on the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:90 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.After treatment,patients in the observation group were treated with continuous nursing care.Patients in control group were only given discharge guidance after discharge.We compared the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the two groups after discharge from hospital,such as medication compliance,physical pain and recovery of physical function.Results:The total effective rate of compliance in the observation group was 95.55%,which was significantly better than the control group of 80.00%.The pain score of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group after nursing intervention.The total effective rate of rehabilitation training in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly better than that of the control group 75.55%, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with rheumatoid arthritis, continuous nursing can help the recovery of the disease,and it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
