Abstract
Objective:To investigate the iodine nutritional levels and the prevalence of thyroid nodules of the habitants in tancheng area,and the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 4 194 habitants in tancheng area who had done physical examination in my hospital in past one year were retrospecttively analyzed,and calculated the prevalence of thyroid nodules.Then 500 people were extracted randomly from them to screen further.Urine was collected for urinary iodine level testing,to explore the iodine nutritional levels of our area.Results:The iodine nutritional levels of the habitants in tancheng area was in super moderate state,and the prevalence of thyroid nodule was slightly higher than the national average.Conclusion:The prevalence of thyroid nodules is closely related to the iodine nutrition in the same area.Evaluating the iodine nutritional levels of the local residents has important guiding significance for scientific iodine supplement.关键词
